Skin beauty regime:

Cleanse:- Massage face with Avocado oil - avoiding the eyes.

The Avocado is a rich and extremely deep penetrating oil, containing vitamins A, D and E, lecithin, as well as potassium - known as the youth mineral. It will benefit those with dry or mature skins,  people suffering from eczema or psoriasis, or in treating sun  damaged skin.

Almond oil also works as a cleanser - wipe over face on a cotton wool pad - avoid eyes.

Tone:- Moisten a cotton wool pad with Jasmine water or Rose water and wipe over face - lightly on the eyes.

Moisturize: (avoiding the eyes):
Take a basic moisturizer with no additives and to every 20 ml add the following essential oils: 2 drops of rose; 3 drops neroli; 5 drops frankincense; few drops of vitamin E

Relaxing foot cream:
Add to 10 ml basic moisturizer, 5 drops of any of the following essential oils: chamomile; rose; neroli; lavender; clary sage; geranium - massage into the feet before bedtime.
